Montréal, Plateau Mont-Royal
This window over the Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhood was inspired by the « French bistros ». “The fine cuisine has to be the center of attention”, claims the owner. The charm of this place is revealed when the original high ceilings with metal sheets and wood planks on the wall were stripped and refurbished. If you look carefully you will see photos of architectural detailing of local Train Stations and fire houses framing the menus. “Quartier Général” is translated as Headquarters, linking the photos to the restaurant and its location. We are proud to say that the QG was nominated 10th best new restaurant in Canada by the En Route Guide.
